About Me
Hi, I’m Yang Alonso.
My life has never been linear. It has been a continuous process of integration—of learning to hold contradictions and discovering who I am beneath roles, languages, and inherited patterns as I navigate life across different countries and cultures.
After graduating with a Master’s degree in a business school in Sophia Antipolis, I spent nearly a decade immersed in the world of luxury and high-end fashion in Cannes. It was an environment defined by beauty, precision, and exacting standards. Yet, amidst the elegance, I found myself consistently drawn to something deeper: the complex emotional landscapes people carried and the unspoken truths beneath the surface.
I realized that my true passion wasn’t the product—it was the person.
Driven by this calling, I pivoted from business to human transformation, earning my state-recognized RNCP coach certification at Institut de Coaching International (ICI) and founding Catalyst Coaching.
What Informs My Work
My work bridges deep intuitive empathy with structured, professional rigor, shaped by:
A Multicultural Lens: A decade of living and thinking across Chinese, French, and Spanish contexts, giving me a rare, nuanced understanding of identity and belonging.
Executive-Level Intuition: Years in high-end client-facing roles where I mastered the art of reading unspoken needs and navigating complex interpersonal dynamics.
Cognitive Precision: An RNCP-certified foundation that allows me to translate vague, blurry feelings into clear, actionable structural insights.
I coach fluidly in English, Mandarin, and French. For me, these are not just tools for communication; they are distinct doorways into how we think, feel, and perceive the world.
The Space We Share
Clients often describe me as someone who sees entirely beneath the surface—who can hear the meaning behind words and hold complex emotional landscapes without judgment. I do not offer quick fixes or generic advice. I offer presence, precision, and a space where you can finally meet yourself without distortion.
True transformation is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who you have always been—with clarity, courage, and wholeness.
If you are standing at the threshold of change, I am here to walk with you.
