Part I: Alignment & Connection (Who & What)
1. Who is this session for?
This space is gently curated for those navigating significant personal or professional life transitions. It is especially supportive if you find yourself:
Losing your footing in change: Feeling ungrounded, disoriented, or as though your familiar identity is slipping away.
Caught between chapters: Feeling torn between past expectations and your future direction, or feeling a bit lost during a cross-cultural or geographic move.
Experiencing transition fatigue: Feeling easily overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or highly sensitive to the sheer volume of choices you need to make.
Carrying the weight of new roles: Feeling depleted by trying to step into a new professional title, an altered relationship dynamic, or a completely new environment.
Seeking clarity for the path ahead: Wanting to understand your underlying patterns, rebuild healthy boundaries, and find your internal anchor during external chaos.
If you see yourself in these descriptions, this space was truly made for you.
2. Is this therapy?
No, this is a dedicated coaching space focused on identity integration and transitional clarity.
While therapy typically addresses clinical diagnoses and psychological treatment, our work focuses on looking forward and inward as you navigate change:
Awareness & Precision: Tuning into your thoughts, anxieties, and emotions with clarity as you face the unknown.
Identity Alignment: Helping you feel whole, centered, and cohesive, especially when moving between different professional roles, cultures, or life stages.
Personal Sovereignty: Reclaiming your boundaries, choices, and inner authority as you design your next chapter.
Pattern Recognition: Gently uncovering the underlying habits or protective layers that might be holding you back from stepping into your new reality.
A gentle note: I do not diagnose, treat, or manage clinical conditions. If you are seeking clinical mental health support during this transition, I warmly encourage you to work with a licensed mental health professional.
Part II: The Experience & Outcomes
3. What does a session feel like during a transition?
When everything outside is changing, most people describe the experience as a profound shift in pacing—a chance to finally breathe and sort through the noise. They often share:
“I can finally slow down, take off the pressure, and stop pretending I have it all figured out.”
“I feel truly heard, rather than judged for being uncertain or confused.”
“I feel safe enough to look at the fears and grief that come with closing an old chapter.”
“I leave knowing exactly what my next intentional step is.”
This is not a clinical space where you are dissected. It is a warm, attentive, and spacious environment where you are fully seen, understood, and supported through your evolution.
4. What will I take away from our time together?
You will leave our session with a grounded sense of clarity and practical inner tools to navigate your pivot, including:
A deeper understanding of how you naturally respond to change and uncertainty.
Healthier, clearer boundaries to protect your energy as you build something new.
A steady, quiet confidence regarding your current personal or professional transition.
Most importantly, you will walk away feeling like you have finally come back home to yourself, no matter how much is changing around you.
5. Do I have to share very personal details about my situation right away?
Only if and when you feel ready. You set the pace entirely. This space is intentionally held to be pressure-free, judgment-free, and expectation-free. You never need to force vulnerable answers; you only need to bring an honest willingness to explore your current transition at your own comfort level.
Part III: Session Formats & Cadence
6. What is the difference between a 60-minute and a 90-minute transition session?
7. Can I book just one session?
Yes, absolutely. Transitions have different phases, and you are welcome to start with a single session to see how it feels. From there, you can choose the rhythm that feels right for your life:
As Needed: Unpacking specific milestones or hurdles as they come up during your transition.
Monthly: Meeting once a month for ongoing grounding, accountability, and integration as you settle into your new chapter.
Frequent: Meeting more regularly during the most intense, high-stakes weeks of your personal or professional pivot.
Part IV: Practicalities & Logistics
8. Which languages can we use?
We can speak in English, Mandarin, or French.
You are completely free to switch languages whenever you like. This fluid approach is a very intentional part of my practice—it allows multilingual, expat, and cross-cultural clients to express subtle nuances, complex career dynamics, and feelings that don't always translate easily into just one language.
9. Are sessions online or in person?
Both options are available to support you, wherever your transition takes you:
Online: Held via comfortable, secure video calls (Microsoft Teams), ideal for those undergoing geographic moves or working remotely.
In Person: Available depending on your location and current scheduling.
Please note: Online sessions are held with the exact same warmth, safety, and grounded presence as sitting together in the same room.
10. Do I need to prepare anything before our session?
No formal preparation or homework is needed. Come exactly as you are. Our focus is simply on navigating your current life transition and looking inward, rather than stressing over rigid performance metrics.
If you would like a comfortable starting point, feel free to bring:
A specific challenge, career pivot, or relationship transition that feels heavy or unclear right now.
A recurring emotion (like fear of the unknown or grief for the past) that you feel ready to gently unpack.
A fundamental question you are asking yourself about "who you are now" at this stage of your life.

Part V: Policies & Boundaries
12. What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Refunds: All payments are 100% non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Life transitions can be unpredictable. You can freely reschedule your session up to 1 business day our scheduled start time.
Late Notices & No-Shows: Because that time is strictly reserved for your growth, rescheduling requests made within the 1 business day window, as well as no-shows, will result in the session and payment being forfeited.
13. What happens if I am running late to our call?
I will gladly wait for you in our virtual meeting room for 15 minutes. If you arrive within that window, we will use the remaining time of your scheduled session to focus on your transition. After 15 minutes, the session will be considered a no-show and will be forfeited.
